Luanne Mayorga has worked in higher education for the past 20 years on a variety of outreach, engagement and learning initiatives. Currently she serves as the director of employee development at McHenry County College and is a co-chair of the Northern Illinois Network. Mayorga holds a doctorate in Adult & Higher Education, with a cognate in Educational Research and Assessment. She is certified as an Associate Professional in Talent Development through the Association for Talent Development.
